In my opinion, you should: 1- eat less and eat healthy food - vegetables, fruit, less bread 2- do exercise that you love, like football, basketball, running - any game in which you have to move the body 3- walk after each meal; this helps your digestive system 4- eat slowly so that you eat less And the last thing is moooooove. It's a great thing to do.
