Hi, everyone.
I am a beginner in Tagalog.
In Tagalog how do you say aspect ratio like "4:3" ,"16:9" and "21:9"?
Will you just say "apat tatlo" ,"labing-anim siyam", "dalawampu’t isa siyam"? Or There is any preposition need to be used between the numbers, may be "apat at tatlo", "labing-anim at siyam", "dalawampu’t isa at siyam" ?

In MODERN Tagalog (Tagalog-English adaptation), "aspect ratio" is "aspect ratio" but you can also say "rasyo ng aspeto" ng isang bagay. (Aspect = Aspeto | Ratio = Rasyo | They are most commonly known as "cognates.")
BUT, You will rarely hear "rasyo ng aspeto" being used in real/daily life. Some people do not even know what that is. We normally just use either "dimensyon (dimension)" or "sukat (measurement)" as a general term.
We probably have a specific word for "aspect ratio" in OLD or ANCIENT Tagalog, but it may have already been buried in one of the books of the National Library of the Philippines.
I asked my 90 year-old grandpa who used to work as a carpenter. He is still strong, agile and alert, but he also doesn't know the specific/pure tagalog of those words.

In addition to my first answer,
if you want to simply say 4:3 (where 4 is the height and 3 is the width), we read it as "four BY three."
2:2 is either "two BY two", or "dos POR dos" (depending on the object you are describing)
Alternatively, we write it as 4x3 or 2x2.
