Sunshine warmed the day as I headed off to singing class. But before the melodies began, Mom and I stumbled upon a hidden gem – a tiny pork chop stir-fry shop! The place looked kinda plain, only one sliding door, with an out of place menu stand that seemed lost. Not many choices either, just “Pork Chop Combo” and something similar. But guess what? This tiny place had the BEST food ever! On top of some fine cabbage slices, the pork chop was like a crispy treasure chest, hiding the juiciest, most succulent pork inside. Every bite came with a shock to the taste buds. I literally wished to have a bigger stomach to get an “encore”. Even during singing class, the taste lingered. It was that good! I can't wait to return and explore more of this hidden gem's menu.
