Do these two sentences mean the same?
1) You are sitting here alone.
2) Here you are sitting alone.
Does it have a special meaning when we use "here" first? Like "Here you are talking about..."
"Here you are eating a sandwich..."

The first one is a simple statement of fact. The second one could imply more; for example, surprise or regret:
I've been looking for you everywhere, but here you are sitting alone.
You missed a great party. You could have come with us, but here you are sitting alone.
