Hello,
I have a question about 'would think'.
May I ask if we can say 'Most people would think that she is a nurse.' to mean it is something commonly believed to be true, but it is actually not what everyone expects?

It means that it looks true, but is probably not true. She appears to be (looks like, acts like) a nurse but is (probably) not.
