I'll try to ... tomorrow if I have time or if I'll have time? do I have to use will future for the complete sentence or just for the first part? is there a rule for it? feel free to share links :)

I don't know of any rule, but the first way sounds right to me. 
I'll try to tomorrow if I have time.
