How am I supposed to answer if someone ask me “didn’t you sleep well ?”
Didn’t you sleep well?
No, I didn’t sleep well
Yea, I didn’t sleeep well

The answer depends how you slept.
If you had a good nights sleep you could say - Yes, I did sleep well, the bed was very comfortable.
Or if you had a bad night you could say - No, someone was snoring loudly.
The negative question is a little confusing but is an invitation to say more.
