Could I use "suddenly" with present perfect tense question form?
For example, "Have you suddenly started lighting scented candles?"
Actually, I've never seen this question form, so I guess this mean : "Why do you start lighting scented candles?"
Is it correct?
Thank you

Yes, you can.
"Have you suddenly started lighting scented candles?" might be asked if the speaker has noticed that their friend's room has been smelling nice recently. They are perhaps making a guess at the cause of this change.

Yes, I believe you can use suddenly with the present perfect. In fact, in the example you gave, the present perfect is the correct choice.

Yes, you can. 'Suddenly' does not specify when the person has started lighting scented candles. The person's answer could be: "Yes, I have (started lighting scented candles)."
