Is this sentence correct? I don't think that it sounds quite good. Thank you!! "Live instead of die, collect instead of throw stones, unite instead of getting bogged down in discord."

You are using verbs in imperative mode. You can't link two imperatives with "instead of". For example, you can say "Stop!" and you can say "Go!", but you can't say "Stop instead of go!" Instead, you need to reword it so the second command still sounds like a command: "Stop! Don't go!" Your third phrase makes sense though. You can say "Stop instead of going!", though it sounds better to say "Instead of going, stop!" The command "Stop!" receives more attention when you place it at the end of the sentence.

The sentence is grammatically correct, but it could be rephrased for better clarity and readability. Here is one possible revision: "Choose life over death, building over destruction, and harmony over conflict." This version keeps the original ideas of choosing positive actions over negative ones, but uses simpler language that is easier to understand.

Assuming I understand your desired meaning, I'd rephrase as follows: "Live rather than die, collect stones instead of throwing them, unite instead of getting [I think "bogged down" isn't quite the phrase you want here, but I'm not sure what to replace it with. If you want to explain your desired meaning in clearer words, I'll try to help you phrase this in a natural way.] in discord."
