Is this for something you are writing down, or just for talking with friends? Informally, I would say "This describes me exactly" "I see myself in this" "This is so much like me" "This is so ME" (not grammatical, but I would say it)

To me they seem to all mean the same thing more or less, perhaps with just different shades of meaning. One note: "defining" suggests the characteristic isn't just part of you but it is the most noteworthy characteristic.
