It is one of the most useful phrases for you to learn? Or it is one of the most useful phrases that you can/could/should learn! One is wrong? Or Are they the same ? Any difference? Thanks!

Both make sense! However, the second one sounds more natural. I would say "it is one of the most useful phrases that you could learn". It just sounds more natural to me, but both work!
