Today is Friday which is already a good start to the day because you know that the weekend is now near! This morning I'm at work but it's very quiet (although I've had a lot of deadlines to meet in recent weeks). So, I can honestly say this is the second best thing about today. At lunch time I am going home for lunch. My husband, who is working from home today, is going to cook me one of my favourite dishes: risotto with zucchini cream and prawns. This is the third best thing about today.
