I just write it here for you to consider. If you believe in it and use this information officially and have any serious consequences, then I won't be responsible for that." For reference only is ok to use, but I would question you in which capacity you are working with this individual. If you are working on a professional level and advising someone, or is it just a friend?  I wonder only because you're concerned about possible "serious consequences"
