☝ write
ex) 편지를 쓰다 write a letter / 이름을 쓰다 write a name
✌ wear
ex) 모자를 쓰다 wear a cap or hat
(but only cap or hat! when you wear clothes, you should say 입다)
👌 use
ex) 휴대폰을 쓰다 use a mobile phone / 머리를 쓰다 use a brain
✋ bitter
ex) 맛이 쓰다 the taste is bitter / 소주가 쓰다 soju is bitter

Can I say “한국어 쓸 수 있어요?”? If yes, would that mean “use” as a speech or in a “write” context?
