My wife had a car accident today. She was driving home and suddenly a car appeared on the right side .
Tomorrow is used for things that have not happened yet.
You should use today or yesterday depending on when the accident happened.
An expression that is often used... "suddenly a car appeared out of nowhere" which means the car appeared unexpectedly
