It was rainy today. After school, my mom and I made a quick stop at IKEA to buy some new beddings. You see, my mom has this concern, or say issue - she tends to over-clean at home. While most folks have sheets or pillowcases that can last for years, it's a different story in my home. My mom washes them regularly every few days, or sometimes even if she spots one tiny stain, causing our beddings to wear out quickly and not last more than a few months. The last time I mentioned this to my friends, they were all shocked. They had never come across ragged or tattered sheets from excessive use or washing before.
