I live in Mexico and it’s very common eat molletes. They are a pieces of bread with beans, cheese and the famous Mexican sauce( tomatoes, onions, chili). Also we eat Chilaquiles, they are little pieces of tortillas with a spicy tomatoes sauce, cheese, cream, onion and chicken/beef steak/ sunny side egg 🍳 If you come Mexico, you have to taste them.
