Dumpling is the most famous traditional food in China. People in China, especially in north of china eat dumplings in some traditional Chinese festival such as Spring Festival, Winter Solstice. besides those special festival, we also choose to eat dumplings when the big family gathered together. We have different kind of dumplings made from different vegetables and meat. I like the dumplings made from cabbage and pork most.
