This is a research that analyzed the speed at which people read. But I didn’t understand well about time recording.
Does this recording of time include the time that participants read a question and thinking whether it is TRUE/FALSE?

they give the text and turn on the timer
then take away the text and turn off the timer
then you answer questions thinking as long as you need
and give them the answers sheet
then they compare time with the quantity of correct answers
