I'm going to weed out some things out of my life.
I'm going to weed out some things from my life.

In English, we tend not to use tautology, in other words, the same word repeated in a sentence, or sometimes a paragraph. However, you always take something out OF. So, I am going to weed something out OF my life. Neither of the above two sentences are correct.
