The lesson i have learned from the past year is never setting goals i cannot achieve.
There is a huge difference between what we want to do and what we can really do.
Challenging myself and trying to defeat fear and hesitation are very exciting and give sense to my life.
On the other hand , the shock of failure could deeply affect my self confidence and let me drop the case.

The lesson I have learned from the past year is never to set goals I cannot
achieve. There is a huge difference between what we want to do and what we can
really do. Challenging myself and trying to defeat fear and hesitation are very
exciting and give meaning to my life. On the other hand , the shock of failure
could deeply affect my self confidence and cause me to drop the activity.
