Can I post my IELTS essay here for feedback? I posted one and italki said "This content violates our Community Guidelines.".

You can do that, but it is better to post it in 'Exercises' rather than in 'Questions' because it is easier for us to edit there. The Community Guidelines software is very sensitive. Even the most innocent thing can be banned. It happens all the time.
