Today I ate Kimchijjigae for breakfast. I cooked it from Kimchi made 1 year ago. It was really awesome. Kimchi tastes good always. I mean, it tastes good right after it is made and It also tastes good while it is being fermented.
Koreans make Kimchi as much as to eat for 1 year every winter. So, generally they can enjoy 1 year fermented one. But, you may know,
some restaurants serve food cooked from one fermented for 10 years.

Today I ate Kimchijjigae for breakfast. I cooked it with Kimchi made a year ago.
It was really awesome. Kimchi always tastes good. I mean, it tastes good right
after it is made, and it also tastes good after it has fermented. Every winter, Koreans
make enough Kimchi to eat for an entire year. So, generally, they can
enjoy it after it’s fermented one year. But, as you may know, some restaurants serve food
cooked from Kimchi that has fermented as many as 10 years.
Your story makes me want some Kimchi … now! :-) Overall, very good script & very interesting.

prepare Kimchi every winter for a year ahead. So, generally they can
enjoy 1-year-fermented kimchi. However, there are restaurants, which serve 10-years-fermented kimchi.
