A lot of it depends on how many hours you can put into it, both practicing with a teacher on italki, maybe a language exchange partner, but also doing other things throughout the day, like consuming content in the language you're learning, and recording yourself talking. Interestingly, my students who work on writing with me improve their speaking more quickly than usual.

Not everything can be done quickly. Some things require a sustained effort over time. You can work toward improving your speaking and listening by doing things like watching or listening to content in your target language and repeating what you hear or having conversations with native speakers and people who speak your target language well. If you really want to improve as quickly as possible, you might also want to take some lessons concentrating on skills like pronunciation and intonation.
