A/V-(으)ㄹ 뿐이다 has a nuance like ‘just’ and it is C2 grammar that has feeling ‘just’.
It often used with -기만 할 뿐이다 a little negative feeling.
“그 남자는 돈이 많기만 할 뿐이다.”
“아이폰은 비싸기만 할 뿐, 다른 폰에 비해서 쓸모가 없다”
