I have studied Engineering and I can say I'm doing it because of globalization. Globalization is now the shaft that spins the wheel in the world and English is the language that connects the world now. Also, there are other languages as Chinese which is becoming as important as English. Also, I'm learning English because I want to meet other people, other cultures, etc.
