Keeping adequate sleep is a single best thing a person can do to improve their health. People lack sleep can cause listlessness next day . If we don’t have enough sleep regularly, it will threaten our immunity . In other words we will suffer from some diseases as a result of the immunity being broken. Nowadays more and more people especially for grownups are liking staying up late. Some of them play computer games, some of them enjoy the night life. They don’t know how harmful staying up late and lacking sleep. Good and a round sleep make people refreshed and energetic all day . Our body and organs got enough rest, then they can work well next day . It’s kind of like we maintaining a machine, it can extend its lifespan. So I hope people can realize how important good sleep is and keep a good habit form now on.

Nowadays more and more people, especially grownups, like to stay up late. Some of them play computer games while others enjoy nightlife. They don’t know how harmful it is to stay up late and not get enough sleep. A good, sound sleep makes people refreshed and energetic all day. When our bodies and organs got enough rest, they work well the next day. It’s kind of like maintenance for a machine; it can extend its lifespan. So I hope people realize how important good sleep is and keep good sleep habit from now on.

Nowadays more and more people, especially adults, like staying up late. Some of them play computer games, and some of them enjoy the night life. They don’t know how harmful staying up late and lack of sleep can be. Good sleep makes people feel refreshed and energetic all day. If our body and organs get enough rest, then they can work well the next day. It’s kind of like how maintaining a machine can extend its lifespan. This is why I hope people realize how important good sleep is and practice good habits from now on.
