I am feeling very sleepy today. I think it is because I was out having fun all day yesterday and got up early this morning to go to the gym. In addition, the overcast weather is making me feel a little gloomy. However, yesterday at Disneyland, I saw someone with an impressive physique that was very close to the one I am aiming for. Seeing that person gave me even more motivation to work out. I cannot wait to go to the gym.
