It may be technically correct, but 'keeping doing' just sounds wrong. A better way to say this:
Do you think you can improve your life by continuing to do the same things?

Number 5 is the better of these options. But here are some better ways to say it:
Do you think you can improve your life when you keep doing the same things?
Do you think you can improve your life by continuing to do the same things?
Do you think you can improve your life without making any changes?
