Without a doubt, if you visit my town, you must try "tortelli cremaschi". I live in the North of Italy; my village's name is Crema, and that is our typical dish. They're tortellini stuffed with sweet ingredients: amaretto biscuit crumbed, raisin, mint, candied fruit crumbled, egg, bread crumbs, and cheese grana padano.
