On October 21 and 22, my company's all APAC finance members gathered in Tokyo. We had a conference and enjoyed some activities such as quiz sessions. Actually, the time schedule hasn't been disclosed as of a day before the event. I could enjoy the time, but I feel like I was treated like an interior decoration to make up the numbers and denied my freedom of speech. In addition, I wonder who was in charge of the event after all. I had to prepare something for the event, but there was no detailed explanation. It's pretty bad feeling.
