I have lived here [for] three months. [standard]
I have been/lived here since August.
I have been/lived in this city [for] three months [now].
It's been a year of me seeing her. [informal]
I have been dating/going out with/seeing her for a year.
It's been a year having seen her. [unclear]
It’s been a year that I’ve been seeing her.

It has been a year I last saw her ( if you cannot see her for one year)
