Are following sentences correct and natural?
When I am talking about the story, could I say : do you remember how Aladdin got the ring? Or do you remember how Aladdin gets the ring?
Where do you want your parents to take you? Or what place do you want your parents to take you to?

Better:

Where do you want your parents to take you?

I agree with Todd.  They all sound natural except the last sentence.

When you're talking about a story (from a book, movie, etc.), you can use either present tense or past tense.
