In general I could say that when I'm about to give up I listen to motivational music as a little pleasure to relax my mind.

In general, I could say that when I'm about to give up I listen to motivational music for a little pleasure and also to relax my mind. And the biggest action I take is to look forward to each next step I need to take to improve myself.
