Finally, a gentleman has offered to help me with my English. I am very happy that he is a native English speaker, and I appreciate his willingness to help. However, he asked me to “send message,” but I cannot see a messaging option on his profile. As I am new to this website, I am unsure how to proceed. Alternatively, perhaps he meant that he sent me a message, but I have not received anything. I would appreciate any advice.

Hello Xin, unfortunately, only teachers and community tutors can send messages to other italki members. If you are looking for a partner to practice your English you can still contact a teacher or a community tutor. Have a good day.
