I’m planning a short trip with my friends for the end of the year (we are still coordinating). If this trip doesn’t happen I will probably travel to a beach with my family since it’s kind of a family tradition to spend New Year’s away from the city.

Excellent! Where are you planning to go with your friends? I think it is a great tradition, to get together with your family like that.
