Hello, this is a technical question. I hope this is the right place to ask. Several months ago I purchased lesson package. But the teacher became unavailable at some point and I still have two lessons left. I've tried to contact him a few times but no response... What can I do in order to get a refund for these two lessons? Thanks a lot :)

If the two lessons are still active (e.g. you're able to book those 2 lessons with the teacher), you can submit a termination request to the teacher and wait for them to respond. If they don't respond, contact support. If they're not active, it means they have expired and if you want the credits back, you'll have to contact support. Packages are valid for 6 months as per the terms and conditions.

On the package detail page, click on “request to terminate package” (in the upper righthand corner). If the teacher doesn’t respond in 7 days, then contact Support, explain the situation, and ask them to return the italki credits to your student wallet. בהצלחה, אחי! י
