Is this sentence OK? I mean the egg white is undercooked. If I say; I don't like my eggs runny.

"I don't like my eggs runny" is a natural way to say it, though most people will assume you're talking about the yolks (the yellow part). If you specifically hate when the whites are undercooked, you might want to be a bit more specific so you don't end up with a hard yolk you didn't want.  Here are a few ways a person would actually say it: "I don't like my eggs runny”: This is the most common expression, but again, a server might think you want hard yolks. "Can you make sure the whites are set?”: This is the best way to order at a restaurant if you want a liquid yolk but fully cooked whites. "These aren't cooked all the way through" : Use this if you’re sending them back because the whites are still clear or liquid.  If you're ordering at a restaurant and want the whites cooked but the yolk liquid, just ask for "over easy" or "sunny side up, but make sure the whites are set".
