You know that the stress usually comes from the things that you think a lot.There is a saying that says that the things you really want to get usually don't come true, but the things what you did without any reason usually gives you a surprise.But we often do our best to achieve the goals that can benefit us and the results are not expected.In the process, we give ourselves a lot stress which makes us hard to control our emotions and hurt our family or friends. Nobody likes suffering from stress and try to reduce it,but always failed.Because the desire is the original of stress, only when you reduce your desire that you can reduce your stress and enjoy a happy life.

Nobody likes suffering from stress and we try to reduce it, but we always fail. Because desire is the origin of stress, it is only when you reduce your desire that you can reduce your stress and enjoy a happy life.
