(2) My favorite animal s are tigers.
Are they both right？Which is more popular and more natural ?

The first one is better but I would say, ''My favorite animal is a tiger''. That sounds more natural :)

The first one is better. It sounds much more natural. The word favourite is normally followed by a singular or uncountable noun.

They are both right - I'd say number two is more common and that number one sounds a bit more formal.
