My average days can be divided into weekends and working days, but I live them quite similarly. I get up around 8AM in most cases, and go to bed around 11PM. I try to stick with a stable biological clock. I believe that breakfast plays a crucial role in keeping us heathy, so I take it as one of my daily routine in the morning and try to eat well. After breakfast, I set aside around 20 minutes for whole body work out: simple ones like stretching exercise. Every other day, I walk my little dog. And if I get enough time, I clean up the room. The time I go to office is flexible around 10AM, so morning time is the most productive time in the day for me to deal with my personal stuff. I get off work flexibly as well, sometimes I work overtime. I mainly relax and rest after work. I think the dinner is the least important meal in the day, so I often eat less and simply for dinners. My job could be stressed in the day, I like to arrange some activities on weekends like swimming, gardening, reading...

你好 July. Quite good. We wouldn't normally start a sentence with "And", since it is a connector, or joining word. Stressed is how you feel when you are affected by something stressFUL. Be careful with the articles "the" and "a". Here is my podcast which gives an explanation and some examples of when to use them: https://www.italki.com/en/podcast/episode/coh1dyg1vpvszcpnwaecgn?utm_source=copylink_share&utm_medium=share_content&utm_campaign=share_episode
