In my opinion, our elders are blessing to us. They are like paradise, so if they give us a piece of advice, we shall listen to them carefully and show respect to them. Mainly because they have experienced what life is. They know about the world and people better than we do. They know how to handle different situations. In this world, no one else can be as good as they are to us. So if you have your parents or grandparents, please take care of them, knowing that they are God's given gift to us.
