Hello everyone,
Yesterday I made grapefruit jelly.
I made it because I had a lot of grapefruit juice that my father bought for me left over. It's hard to drink a lot, but not hard to eat. And jelly is easy to eat.
Making jelly is simple. Simply dissolve the gelatin in a warm drink, mix and chill. I usually use this recipe to make panna cotta by mixing milk, cream, sugar and gelatin. I eat it with my favorite jam. I like it best with tomato jam🍅

Good work. I don't eat much jam or jelly because I try to avoid sugar, but your recipes sound nice.
