I had a recent "violation" due to answering a grammar question and giving a link to a grammar site.  When I contacted italki support for an explanation, I got a generic answer that giving links was unsafe and a violation.  After looking at the community standards page and not finding any mention of links, I then contacted them to suggest updating the community standards page to actually say that links are prohibited.

If you contact italki support, you might get an explanation of what you did that was unacceptable.
