Besides I'm totally grateful for the opportunity of being able to learn another language and day by day improve it. At the end I'm thankful for the health of my parents, brother and my whole family.

I'm very grateful to be able to learn another language and improve it day by day. In the end, I'm thankful for the health of my parents, brother and my whole family.

Very good, just a few small points. Use "fall" habitually. Unless you meant a specific time you fell, in that case it would be "supported me when I fell" You didn't need "besides" because what you where talking about didn't contradict or go off course from what you were already saying. Also "totally" sounds a little too casual for something so personal. Other than that it was great!
