Supernatural is one of the best series I've ever watched. It’s the story of two brothers, "lSam and Dean, who are hunters. However, they don't hunt animals, they hunt creatures such as ghosts, vampires, demons etc. In my opinion, the best period of the series is from season 2 to season 4. The first season is only an introduction to the characters and creatures but after that, they cross the country pursuing clues from their father who has disappeared. From season 5 the story gets boring. I’ve offered a slightly different translation because in the UK, we use the word ‘series’ to mean the entire show. We would also say ‘series 1’ etc although I’ve kept it as ‘season’ because actually what you’ve said is correct :)
