But today's weather is exception for me. It had rained and the air felt flesh. Then the sun came out and air would be warm. I want to go out in this weather.

When you have two independent clause (subject + verb) and the subjects are different, you need a comma after “and, “but,” or “or.” For example, I went to buy groceries, and my brother went to the pharmacy. Good job!
