Good evening, I scheduled and paid for a class with Professor Andrew for yesterday 07th at 20 pm but when I was almost in the middle of the walk home, I realized that I had forgotten my cell phone at work, so I left the subway and went back to pick it up, this delayed me because it was already 19pm. When I got home and sent a message to the teacher, he said it was late and he couldn't teach the class anymore, so I asked if it could be another day and explained what had happened because I only have my cell phone to use. He replied no, that I missed it. So please I would like my money back as this is not fair, unforeseen happens. And I was well recommended to look for an Italki teacher and I was disappointed with this teacher, completely irreducible. I await an answer. Thanks Marisa Vila Real
