Is it correct to say on the phone: "Please give me a moment, I will be right back to you" ?

Although it is correct grammatically. I believe if you’re on the phone it would be more natural to say “ please , give me a moment. I’ll be right back!” ( we assume you’ll be back with the same person you were speaking to )
