What is difference between 는 것 같아요. Vs 을 거예요 grammar for guess and probability??

It’s really depending on the sentence.
Could be guess or expectation and possibility for both.
But main difference is situation.
Like, talking about status VS acting
It could be different depending on tense as well.
Like past or present tense VS future tense.
